With over 32 years of diverse nursing experience, Mary Olp has built a career defined by dedication, expertise, and compassionate care. Originally from Upstate New York, where she began her journey in nursing, Mary has worked across a wide range of specialties, including orthopedics, behavioral health, OB/GYN, nephrology, urology, GI, surgical OR, pain management, medical and cosmetic lasers, ER, and urgent care. Her extensive clinical background has been a foundation for her current role as a practice manager, where she combines her hands-on nursing knowledge with leadership and organizational skills to ensure efficient, patient-centered care.

Mary is currently pursuing her master’s degree, further expanding her expertise and leadership abilities in the healthcare field. Beyond her professional career, she has a strong passion for giving back to her community. She has volunteered with organizations such as 25/4 and the USO, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact on others both inside and outside of the medical world.

A proud mother of three adult children, Mary now resides in Pittsburgh with her partner of 31 years, Will. Her decades of experience, dedication to lifelong learning, and focus on patient care make her a respected leader and advocate in the healthcare field.
